My name is Kylie. I'm studying International Business at IUP (Originally it was French Ed, but I have since changed that.) I am also studying for a minor in French and in Asian Studies.

‘Batman Shooting’ Blamed On Video-Games

The recent shooting in Colorado, being referred to as the ‘Batman Shooting’, is unsurprisingly being blamed on videogames. Pat Brown, a criminal profiler, announced on CNN that the shooting is quite “probably” related to video games, and many seem to believe her.

Typical. Video games must be to blame, because nobody in history had ever killed anyone with a gun prior to grand theft auto.

This irritates me. Extremely. May I point out that I’ve been playing violent video games since I was 10 and have never EVER thought about picking up a gun and killing people. The real reason behind this is that the man was crazy, BUT not crazy enough to go to you know a high security place or police department and shoot up the place there. 

I should stop now before I start ranting….
